Queue

In order to send eIDAS ERM, you will need to possess a qualified digital certificate or have a unique user ID from AR24.

This means that a team member who doesn’t have a certificate or user ID won’t be able to send eIDAS ERM.

In order to resolve this situation, AR24 offers a system of queue, allowing a team member to create the ERM and then, instead of sending it, put it in the queue, waiting for another team member with a certificate or user ID to send the ERM.

Once the eIDAS ERM is in the queue, the selected team member receives an email listing all the ERM waiting validation, with a link to identify themselves. Once the team member has identified themself, the eIDAS ERM are automatically sent.
