I have lost the list of codes provided my notary. What can I do ?

AR24 does not keep any copy of the list of one-time passwords provided by notaries.
In order to cancel your list of one-time passwords, you must :

1. Log in to your AR24 space with your email address and password
2. Open the tab ” Mentionner le nom prénom du titulaire du compte ” then « Mon identité électronique » (My electronic identity)
3. Click on “ Supprimer mon identifiant ” (Delete my electronic identity)

If you do so, you will need to proceed to the visual identification in order to identify and access the content of your Qualified Electronic Registered Mail.
