I did the visual identification process. Why my identification has been refused ?

In order to identify and access the content of your electronic registered mail, you must be in possession of a valid ID in good quality. Your ID must not be damaged, opened or cut. All information must be clearly readable, and the ID picture be clearly visible.

Please also note that photocopies are not accepted.

AR24 being subject to the strict rules of the ANSSI, only the ID documents proposed in the drop-down list can be accepted.
